The short version

This statement covers the website, the apps and the extension. We test them against a real standard, not a claim; where a check finds something, we fix it before it reaches you.

The standard we hold ourselves to

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. This site, the five apps and the browser extension are checked against it, page by page and screen by screen, before a release ships.

Where we are

We are partially conformant: most of what we checked meets the standard, and some of it does not yet. Text that grows with the reader's own text size, names an assistive technology can read, and colour held to the standard's contrast ratios have each had a pass of their own across the apps and the site.

The European Accessibility Act

The Act asks a digital service offered in the European Union to meet an accessibility standard. We hold ourselves to the standard above whether or not a size exemption applies to a company our size.
