Our promises, and how to check them
What we promise about your privacy and security, each on a page of its own that you can read and hold us to.
Where to look
What we keep
Every record an account leaves behind, how long each one stays, and what we never write down.
Transparency report
How many requests for someone's data reach us each quarter, and what we answered.
Report a security problem
How to tell us about a weakness you found, and what we promise when you do.
Check a download
Make sure a Linux download really came from us before you install it.
Your data, your rights
See what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or erase it.
Requests from the authorities
What a court or the police must send before we act on a request, and what it can reach.
Pay with crypto
Pay with Bitcoin, Monero and other coins, with no card and no email, and what that keeps private.
What our servers keep
The servers you connect through keep nothing on disk, and they forget your connection as soon as it ends.
Questions about our promises
Has anyone audited KazaVPN?
Not yet. No outside auditor has been inside our servers, and until one has, this page and the no-logs page are what we offer in its place, as the no-logs page itself says.
What happens if the police ask for my data?
We can answer only with what we hold, which the no-logs page lists, and every request is counted in our transparency report.
How do I report a problem with our security?
Anyone can, with or without a KazaVPN account, on our security page.
