Your account

Your plan, your devices and your settings, all in one place.
Sign in, or create an account, to allow the television or the computer that showed you this code.
For an account opened with an email and a password.
For an account opened without an email. The number is all you need.
Create account
Start on Free, with the same privacy as every plan.
You sign in with your email and a password, and can reset it by email.
Rather not share an email? Get an account number instead. It's all you need to sign in.
Your account number
This is the only time it's shown. Save it now, somewhere safe like a password manager.
Without an email, a lost account number can't be recovered. You can add one to your account at any time.
End this sign-in?
A television, a computer or an app was just signed in to your KazaVPN account with a code allowed from your account. If that was not you, end that sign-in now. It will have to sign in again.
Your plan, devices and sign-in
Ready to connect
Open KazaVPN on any of your devices and connect.
Set up your first device
Install KazaVPN on your phone, computer or browser, sign in with this account and connect.
Support reference
Quote this when you write to us. We never ask for your account number.
Your devices
Each device you sign in on takes one place on your plan. Remove one you no longer use to free its place.
Turn on blocking for a device to reduce ads and trackers while it uses KazaVPN.

Where you are signed in
Browsers, televisions and apps signed in to this account that are not in your devices above. Sign out anything you do not recognise.
Every other browser, app and television has to sign in again. This one stays signed in.
Sign in a television or a computer
A television or a computer that wants to sign in shows a code. To allow it, type the code here, scan the QR code or open the link it shows.
Only allow a code your own television is showing right now. Never allow a code somebody sent you.
Cover your whole home with a router
Set a router up once and everything in your home goes through KazaVPN: the television, the console, a visitor's laptop. The router counts as one of your devices.
Your file is ready
This file is shown once. Save it now. If you lose it, remove this router from the list below and make a new one.
The secret in the file was made here, in this browser, and was never sent to us. That is why nobody, us included, can show it to you again.
Setting it up
OpenWrt
- Sign in to your router's own settings page.
- Open Network, then Interfaces, and add an interface.
- Choose the tunnel type, then import this file.
- Save, apply, and start the interface.
AsusWRT
- Sign in to your router's own settings page.
- Open VPN, then VPN Fusion, and add a profile.
- Choose the tunnel type, then upload this file.
- Save the profile, then switch it on.
Other routers take the same file. Look for the place yours imports a tunnel, and give it this one.

Your sign-in and recovery
How you get into your account, and how you get back in if you lose access.
How you sign in
You sign in with your email and password.
You sign in with an account number.
Keep your account number somewhere safe, such as a password manager. It is shown only once, and we never send it by email.

Add an email so you can get back in if you lose your number, and get a receipt. Or stay fully private.
Without an email, nobody can get you back in if you lose your number, including us, and any time left would be lost.
Without an email, a lost account number can't be recovered. Remove it anyway?
Your details and your data
News, offers and reminders about your KazaVPN plan. Messages about your account, your devices and your payments arrive either way.
Every email we send you is written in this language.
Telegram
Connect Telegram to check your membership, see your devices and get the apps, right from a chat.
We only write first about your plan and sign-ins, and we never ask for your password.
Two accounts of yours
Bought in Telegram and signed up here too? Bring them together: the paid time and the Telegram connection of one move into the other, and the one you give up is deleted.
Move another account into this one
On the account you are giving up, get a move code, on this page or with /move in our Telegram bot, and enter it here.
Only enter a code from an account of your own. Never enter one somebody sent you, whatever they offer for it.
Move this account into another
Get a code here, then enter it on the account you are keeping. This account's paid time and Telegram connection move there, and this account is deleted.
Your data
Download everything we hold about this account as one file, on any plan. It is short, because we keep little.
Delete account
Deleting your account removes access to it immediately. Some records remain for a time or with other companies, as listed below.
What goes
- Your account and the address you sign in with.
- Your registered devices are removed from your account.
- Your membership record with KazaVPN is removed. If you had a paid plan, closing it with our payment provider may take longer.
- The record of which emails we sent you.
What stays
- A short record of the account and what was done to it, this deletion included. It holds the account's identifier and never your address, and it ages out after 365 days.
- Encrypted backups may still contain your account until they expire, at most 30 days.
- If you had a paid plan, its payment reference stays until our payment provider confirms that the membership is closed.
- Records of past payments that our payment provider must retain under tax law. The provider keeps them under its legal obligations, and we cannot delete them from its records.
- Anything you wrote to us, which stays in our support inbox with whatever you put in it. Ask us to delete it and it goes.
- Our mail provider's own delivery records of the emails we sent you, this last one included. They are its records, kept for as long as its own policy says; our privacy policy lists everyone who handles data for us.
- A mark that the address you signed up with has had its free trial, so that deleting an account does not buy a second one. It is made with a key kept apart from our records, so it cannot be turned back into your address, and it holds nothing else. It stays until we decide a limit.
Time you have already paid for is not refunded automatically. Write to support@kazavpn.com first if you want to ask about a refund.
