Terms of service

1. The service

KazaVPN ("we") provides encrypted internet connections through servers we operate. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live. You can open an account with a valid email address and a password, or with an account number alone, in which case an email address is optional; without a confirmed email address, a lost account number cannot be recovered. Keep your password or your account number to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person or one household on the Family plan.

3. Plans and payment

The Free plan is free. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes where the price is displayed as such. If you buy a plan, payments are handled by our payment provider.

You can cancel at any time from your account page or in the app; your plan then ends at the end of the period already paid. If KazaVPN is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, once per customer.

If you buy with Telegram Stars inside our bot, write to us for a refund and we complete it through the bot, on the same terms as above. If your bank reverses a payment instead, that ends the access it paid for, and we cannot take a new payment from your account until the reversal is resolved.

4. Acceptable use

KazaVPN is for private, lawful use. You may not use it to send spam, attack other systems, distribute malware, infringe others' rights, or do anything illegal where you or the server are located. We may suspend accounts that do, and a server address that draws serious or repeated reports may be retired. Our copyright and abuse policy says more. A person on our team decides a suspension, never an automated system alone, and tells you why; write to support@kazavpn.com to contest one.

The same goes for our free web proxy, which anyone may use without an account and which these terms cover too. You may not use it to reach or share anything illegal where you or the server are located, to attack, probe or overload any site or system, to send spam, or to get around its limits. We may end a proxy session, or refuse new ones, at any time, and a site you open through it is its owner's, not ours.

5. Devices

Each plan includes a number of devices. You can add and remove devices on your account page or in the app. Sharing an account beyond your household or reselling access is not allowed.

6. Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times, but we cannot promise that a particular server or country is always reachable, or that the service reaches every network in every country.

7. Privacy

What we store and what we do not is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update the apps, the service and these terms. Changes that matter to you will be announced by email, or on this website, at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use KazaVPN after that means you accept them.

9. Liability

KazaVPN is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
