Unblock websites with a free web proxy
Open many sites blocked at school, at work or in your country, and hide your address from them, right here in your browser.
Your session has ended.
Three steps, and you are browsing
No account, no download and no extension to add.
Type an address
Type or paste the site you want to open, like example.com.
Choose a place
Pick a country, or leave it on Automatic.
Browse
The site opens with a bar on top to go somewhere new, change place or end.
Choose the country you appear from
Each location has a page of its own, with the tool already set to that country.
Why browse through KazaVPN
A proxy can see every page you open through it, so choose one that keeps nothing.
Free, with no sign-up
No account, no card and no email. Open this page and go.
Nothing to install
It works in the browser you already use, on a phone or a computer.
Opens many blocked sites
Your network sees an encrypted connection to us, not the site, so many sites it blocks open here.
No logs
We never record the sites you visit or your address. A session lives in memory and is gone when it ends.
You stay in control
A bar at the top lets you type a new address, switch country or end the session.
Our own servers
Pages come to you through servers we run ourselves, never through somebody else's.
What the proxy hides, and what not
It protects the tab you browse in. KazaVPN protects everything on your device.
Hidden from the sites you open
They see our server's address and its country, not yours.
Hidden from your network
Your Wi-Fi, school, office or internet provider sees a private connection to us, not the sites you visit, so many sites it blocks still open.
Not hidden: your accounts
A site you sign in to still knows it is you, and your other tabs and apps still use your own address.
Proxy or VPN: which do you need?
Use the proxy for a quick visit to a blocked site. Use KazaVPN when you want every app covered.
- Free web proxy
- One browser tab, right now, with nothing to install and no account.
- KazaVPN
- Every app and every browser on your device, with ads and trackers blocked. Start free, or choose any country with KazaVPN Premium.
Questions
What is a web proxy?
A web proxy is a server that opens a site for you and passes it back to your browser. The site sees the proxy's address instead of yours.
Is this free web proxy safe?
The connection between you and our server is encrypted, and we keep no logs of the sites you visit or of your address. As with any proxy, sign in only to sites you trust, and use KazaVPN when you want your whole device protected.
How do I use it?
Type or paste an address, like example.com, choose a country or leave it on Automatic, and press Go. The site opens with a bar on top where you can type a new address, change place or end the session.
Do you keep logs of what I visit?
No. We never write down the sites you open, what you do on them or your address. A session is held in memory only while it is open, and it is gone when it ends.
Can a proxy hide my IP address?
From the sites you open through it, yes: they see our server's address. A site you sign in to still knows your account, and your other tabs and apps keep using your own address.
How do I open a blocked website?
Type its address here and press Go. Your school, your workplace or your internet provider sees a private connection to our server, not the site, so many blocked sites open. Some networks block proxies too, and the rules of a school or a workplace still apply to you.
Is a proxy the same as a VPN?
No. A web proxy carries one browser tab. A VPN like KazaVPN covers everything your device sends, in every app and every browser.
Is it legal to use a free web proxy?
Using a web proxy is legal in most countries. What you do through it still has to be legal where you are, and our terms do not allow any illegal use.
Why does a site not open through the proxy?
Some sites refuse visits from proxies, and some need features a proxy cannot pass on. Try another country, or use KazaVPN, which carries your whole connection.
Does it work where sites are blocked in my country?
Often, yes. A country's filter sees only a private connection to our server, so many of the sites it blocks open here. Some countries block proxies too, the law where you are still applies, and KazaVPN covers your whole device.
Which blocked sites can I open with it?
Many of the sites schools, workplaces and countries block, such as news sites, encyclopedias and online archives, open here. Some sites refuse every proxy; for those, KazaVPN carries your whole connection.
