Does Kaza slow down my internet?

A little, like any VPN, because your traffic takes a detour. Choosing a nearby place keeps it barely noticeable.

Can I use Kaza on my TV or console?

Not yet with a dedicated app. Many people share the Mac or Windows connection, or use the browser extension for browsing.

Is it legal to use a VPN?

In most countries, yes. A few restrict it; please check the rules where you live. Kaza is never a tool for breaking the law.
