What it does on Apple TV

Find it in the App Store
On the Apple TV, open the App Store, search for KazaVPN and choose Get.
Approve the code
Open KazaVPN and approve the code it shows, on kazavpn.com or in the iPhone app. An account number works too.
Say yes to the VPN
On the first connection, the Apple TV asks whether KazaVPN may add a VPN configuration. Choose Allow with the remote.
